■ BM시리즈는 기본적으로 높은 대형물 가공에 매우 적합하도록 크로스빔(W축)이 상하 이송되도록 설계됨
■ 박스형 슬라이드 구조의 크로스빔(Y축)과 컬럼(W축)으로 강력절삭시에도 견고하고 높은 정밀도를 유지함
■ 테이블 폭과 배드의 폭이 동일한 구조로 중량물 적재시에도 안정적인 이송과 장밀도를 보장함
■ X/Z축 이송은 독일제 Schneberger롤러 리니어가이드를 장착하여 마찰을 최소화하고 부드럽고 빠르며 초정밀한 이송이 실현됨
■ X축은 4-way 타입의 롤러가이드 채택하여 중량물을 적재해도 충분해 견딜수 있도록 설계됨
■ X = 4M 이상 Y = 3M 이상 장축 볼스크류의 진동을 방지하고 내구성 유지를 위해 볼스크류 중앙에 별도의 서포터를 설치함


■ 주축기어는 일제 HAMADA 기어세트 일체를 장착하여 장기간 사용해도 열발생이 없고 내구성이 우수하며 기어소음을 최소화함.
■ 주축 슬라이드는 리니어가이드형 렘타입으로 강력절삭형 구조로 설계됨
■ 기본 주축회전수 4,500rpm이며, 옵션으로 6,000 10,000 rpm 까지 선택할 수 있음
